Richemont Asia Pacific Limited (歷峯亞太有限公司)trading as “Piaget”, is organising a lucky draw called PERFECTION IN LIFE LUCKY DRAW (“game”).
 
Article 2: Who can play?
This game is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase anything.
This game is reserved for adults of age 18 or above.
Each participant (same name, same mobile number, same email address) may play only once.
Employees and immediate family members of employees of Piaget are not eligible to take part in the game. Piaget reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
 
Article 3: Calendar
The game shall start on November 13th and will run until December 5st, 2014. Four winners will be chosen by a draw from any of the below boutiques during the abovementioned period.

One final grand prize winner shall be chosen by a draw on December 15th 2014.
The final lucky draw winner shall be announced on December 18th 2014 in South China Morning Post and AppleDaily.
 
Article 4: The form of the game
To enter the game each participant must cast a vote from a selection of five cities and complete the form at your-perfection-in-life.piaget.com.hk or m.your-perfection-in-life.piaget.com.hk, provide his/ her contact details ( title, first name, last name, email and mobile number) and accept the lucky draw Terms and Conditions by ticking the check box.
Upon completing the abovementioned online form, each participant with valid email address shall receive an email with a unique QR code. The participant is required to present this unique QR code at any one of the Piaget boutiques mentioned above in order to participate in an instant lucky draw using an iPad at the boutique.
One final grand prize winner will be chosen by a draw among all participants who have participated in the instant lucky draw at the boutique.
 
Article 5: Enrolment and participation
Participants must provide their personal data: last name, first name, title, email address and mobile number for enrolment into the game.
Enrolment and participation in the instant lucky draw must be completed at any of the abovementioned Piaget boutiques on or before December 5th 2014.
 
Article 6: Prize
The prizes shall consist of:
a) Instant Lucky Draw: Four winners over the period of 13th November to 5th December 2014 
 
• One Piaget Rose 18K gold bracelet for each winner;
b) Final grand prize Lucky Draw, one winner;
 
• One Piaget Rose 18K gold necklace for the winner;
Each prize is personally attributed and not transferable. There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is awarded at Piaget’s entire discretion, and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any participant.
 
Article 7: General Information
 
Article 7-1
The winner of the prize shall not dispute the prize in any way, request the value of prize in money or seek to replace or exchange the prize for any reason whatsoever.
Piaget is responsible solely for making the prize available. It shall not be held responsible in any way for any incidents affecting the delivery of the prize.
Piaget reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these Rules.
In the event of the game being regarded as illegal in the country of a participant, the latter must refrain from participating.
Piaget shall not be held responsible for any use or sale of the prize by the winner.
The final grand prize winner shall be informed by email of the result of the draw and the means of receiving the prize. At this time Piaget will provide details of how the prize can be claimed. The results of the final grand prize lucky draw will also be published on December 18th 2014 in South China Morning Post and AppleDaily.  If the prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner, or if a winner cannot be contacted based on the details supplied within five (5) business days of notification, the prize will be given to the first back-up winner from the designated draw. The original entry that was drawn will then be forfeited.
Piaget will not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications-line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
Piaget will not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications-line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
Article 7-2
By enrolling and entering into the game, participants agree that
• the winner’s name may be made public without any compensation or privileges of any kind other than the prize.
• the winner’s last name, first name may be used in any medium whatsoever to announce the winner.
Article 7-3
By enrolling, each participant confirms he/she has read and fully accepts all of these Rules. Participants shall not contest the organisation or form of the game in any way, nor question the results and the prizes awarded.  All of the foregoing shall be at the sole discretion of Piaget.
Article 7-4
These Rules are made available the participating boutiques, and at Richemont Asia Pacific Limited (歷峯亞太有限公司) trading as “Piaget”, Room 1301, 13/F Jardine House, 1 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong Kong as well as the website your-perfection-in-life.piaget.com.hk or m.your-perfection-in-life.piaget.com.hk. .
Article 7-5
Piaget does not accept liability for any damage, loss, pain or suffering incurred by any participant entering the game. Piaget is not responsible for any problems with local postal services or technical faults, be they in networks or telephone lines, computer systems, servers or suppliers, mobile telephones or computer equipment or software failing of any e-mail system or entry form received due to technical problems or to congestion related to the Internet, telephone lines or any website, or any combination thereof, including any damage or prejudice to the participant’s telephone, computer or to any other person or mobile linked with or related to participation in or downloading of material on Piaget’s website, be it related to the game or not.
Article 7-6
By participating in the game you hereby warrant that all personal details submitted by you are true, current and complete, that the e-mail addresses you submit are accurate and valid and that Piaget are properly authorised to send you emails at that e-mail address.
Personal data protection – Legal Information: Any submission of personal data to Piaget in the context of this game is purely voluntary and made at the participant’s sole discretion.
Piaget will be collecting participants’ personal data for the purpose of the game and contacting the winner to collect the prize after the game is completed.  In his/her capacity as winner of the game, the winner expressly agrees to make himself/herself available to participate in any event organized around the presentation of the prize, in particular to being filmed, interviewed and photographed. The winner also expressly agrees that all film, photographs and interview material taken (“works”) may be used by Piaget on different media supports for communication and marketing purposes of the game.  The winner also renounces all his/her rights (including any intellectual property and moral rights) to such works.
Only duly authorised Piaget personnel, and any persons or companies conducting internal operations on behalf of Piaget in Hong Kong, shall have access to the personal data thus communicated. All of these people are bound by confidentiality commitments to respect personal data privacy.
With the exception of the previously mentioned uses, Piaget shall not use participants’ personal data for other purposes. Piaget shall not sell, lend or otherwise provide the personal data in its keeping to any third parties in any way whatsoever, except to its legal advisors or if this is so required by applicable law, regulation or law enforcement agency. Piaget shall take all necessary measures to ensure that said personal data shall remain safe and protected at all times.

Article 7-7
In the event of any dispute, Piaget’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
 
For all other matters the rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law. Disputes arising in connection with these rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hong Kong courts.
