To experience the online withdrawal service, create a FWD Customer Account and pair it up with your Tap & Go Account. You can then make a withdrawal from your Savie or Provie Plan to your Tap & Go Mobile Wallet instantly.

How to use?

Create a FWD Customer Account

    Logon to i.fwd.com.hk

    Enter the “Login” area and click “Register Here”

    Fill in your personal details and
    enter your policy number
Pair with Tap & Go

    Login to your FWD Customer Account
  • 2
    You will see a “Customer Profile” page

    Select the “Withdrawal” tab

    Select your Savie or Provie policy and
    click “Pair with Tap & Go Mobile Wallet”

    You will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via SMS
  • 6
    Enter the OTP to verify
  • 7
    You will be redirected to the Tap & Go website, click “Next”

    You are required to enter your
    Tap & Go PIN to confirm the pairing

    Upon verification,
    you will see the updated pairing status

    You will be directed back to FWD website where the successful pairing status will be shown
Instant Withdrawal

    Select the policy you are going to
    withdraw from and click “Withdraw”
  • 2
    Select the amount you wish to withdraw
  • 3
    You will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via SMS
  • 4
    Enter the OTP and then
    “Confirm” for verification
  • 5
    Withdrawal Successful.
    The withdrawal amount will be transferred to your Tap & Go account.
